What it does

10 calculations for injection molds — including clamping force, cooling time, and shrinkage allowance; 9 for sheet metal dies; 6 for casting molds; and 18 for general engineering. Calculations draw on a materials library covering 34 materials.

Mold set analysis

Load a STEP file and the app analyzes the part in 3D to suggest mold set dimensions and a plate list with materials. Results come directly from the file — not from manual measurement or guesswork.

3D and drawing viewer

View STEP files in 3D and open DWG/DXF technical drawings in Drawing Mode. Check the part and the drawing on the shop floor or at your desk, without switching to a separate CAD program.

Offline use, PDF reports

The app runs without an internet or cloud connection, so it works on a closed shop-floor network too. Export calculations as PDF reports and keep your work in a project archive.
